Contact
You can reach the desk at [email protected]. Before you write, it is worth knowing what this address can and cannot do — it saves you time on anything urgent.
What we cannot help with
Keyline Desk is an independent editorial desk. We are not IQ Option, we have no access to any account on the platform, and there is no back channel from this inbox to the broker. That means we cannot:
- unlock, restore or close an account;
- reset a password, disable two-factor authentication or clear a device confirmation;
- check a balance, release a bonus, chase a deposit or recover funds;
- review, approve or speed up a verification document;
- contact the platform on your behalf, or pass a complaint along to it.
All of that belongs with the platform's own support, reached from inside the traderoom or from the official help pages — they are the only party that can act on an account. If your message is about one of these, sending it here only delays the answer. Our sign-in guide and the troubleshooting pages explain which route to take for each situation, and that is the fastest help we can honestly offer.
We also give no individual investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not recommend trades, strategies, signal services or bots. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation, and we will not help anyone work around a country restriction or an identity check.
What we do want to hear about
The inbox exists for the editorial side of the site, and these messages get real attention:
- Corrections. A step that no longer matches the screen, a setting that has moved, a link that has gone stale.
- Factual disputes. If you believe something here is wrong, say which page and which sentence, and point at the official page that settles it.
- Content suggestions. A sign-in or account-access question you searched for and could not find a straight answer to.
- Rights and permissions. Anything about the site's own content or its use elsewhere.
What to include
A useful message is short and specific. Include the full address of the page, the exact wording you are asking about, the device and browser or app you were using, and — for a correction — a link to the official page that supports it. A description of what the screen showed helps more than a description of how it felt.
Every message is read by a named editor, Rowan Halliwell, Sign-In and Account Security Editor. We do not publish a response-time promise, because one person reads this inbox and we would rather not make a commitment we cannot keep. Documented corrections are handled first, and a correction we accept is made to the page itself, with the checked date updated so the change is visible.
A safety note
The desk will never ask you for a password, a one-time code, a two-factor code, a recovery phrase or a scan of an identity document — not by email, not in any form, not for any reason. Nobody legitimate needs those to answer an editorial question, and no reply from us will ever request them. If you receive a message asking for any of it while claiming to be from this site, it did not come from us: do not reply, and report it to the platform's support if it also claims to be from IQ Option. Please leave those details out of anything you send us, and redact account numbers from screenshots before attaching them.
Finally, a reminder that belongs on every page: trading carries a risk of loss, and only money you can afford to lose should be at stake.
